Red Hot & Blue is a superior BBQ restaurant featuring smoked in a theater setting. As a shift leader you will be thoroughly trained to perform the following at a high level.

Crew

• Greet and interact with guests using Southern Hospitality.
• Follow our steps of service including slicing and portion smoked meat, serving sides, ringing up orders, delivering orders to cars.
• Speed of service accomplished through mindful repetition of the steps of service.
• Clean the kitchen, dining room, and restrooms.
• Be the type of person others want to work with by contributing to our fun and caring environment.

Crew Leader

• Provide leadership to the other crew members.
• Close out the evening shift or set up the morning shift.
• You may qualify to train for a larger role in our growing organization such as Pit Master, Manager, and General Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
